In Person
Do you simply want more out of life? But does the thought of needing to make a change bring overwhelming feelings of fear and uncertainty? You're not alone.
I will help you to recognize thoughts and patterns that keep you stuck and help you to find new perspectives and a renewed sense of self-worth. You will learn to re-connect to that joy that's been missing.
Your voice will not only be heard but also respected by me in a nonjudgmental and safe environment of empathy. I will also help you cope with challenges such as grief, loss, loneliness, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma and issues unique to your stage of life.
I use a strengths-based approach to help build a foundation for positive personal growth and development. Growth and change are different for everyone. I strive to partner with you to move through the process at your individual pace in order to meet your therapeutic goals.
