Notes About Your Appointment

When you arrive enter through the lobby. Proceed ahead to the right hallway and our offices are the first door on the left with the big green sign. Enter and have a seat in our waiting room. Your counselor will come get you at your scheduled time.
Before your initial appointment, please be sure to review and sign clinic policies, consent for treatment, and upload insurance information. This way, you can use all of your scheduled time to work with your counselor.
If you are unable to make it, please let us know as soon as possible. No shows and late cancelations are subject to $100 fee per session*.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions prior to your appointment. If we miss your call, please leave us a message and we will return it as soon as possible.

*Appointments not canceled 48 hours in advance are subject to the no show/late cancellation fee.

We are located Downtown Rapid City in the Rushmore Professional Building.

There is metered parking in front of our building, or there is free 2 hour parking a block to the South on Kansas City St.
